描述ApamaLam.阿柏麻属，马兜铃科，12种，分布于亚洲南部，我国有阿柏麻A.hainanensisMerr.etChun1种，仅见于海南。灌木或亚灌木叶互生，具短柄；花排成胶生或顶生的聚伞花序，很少伞房花序；花被钟状，3－4裂，裂片覆瓦状排列；雄蕊6－12枚，单列而环绕花柱，花丝短或几乎缺，药隔稍厚，略延伸于药室外，钝头；子房下位，4室，每室有胚珠极多数，2行叠置，悬垂；花柱3至多裂；蒴果线形或柱状，4棱形，膜裂为4果瓣。
