制作：
1. 将饺子皮切成丝状，再汆烫後捞起沥乾备用；蛋打散後煎成散蛋盛起备用；黑木耳洗净并切成丝状备用。
2. 蒜末先略微爆香，再依序放入肉丝、胡萝蔔丝、黑木耳丝、饺子皮丝及煎熟的散蛋，最後加入所有调味料拌匀即可食用。
