In this paper,the feasibility of the worm gear s modeling scheme by means of the variable section sweep and the toroidal bend feature has been discussed,and in accordance with the analysis of the principle to form a worm gear s tooth surface,a fairly reasonable modeling scheme is designed,with working out a worm gear s modeling in a relative simple way.

Based On the analyzing of the principle factors that influence the quality of the knee bend mould , the special grinder fixtures used in grinding inclined plane of knee bend mould are designed in the paper.
