伏气温病 病名。感受外邪,蕴伏于里,经过一定时期而发的温病。见《温热经纬》卷二。以《素问·阴阳应象大论》“冬伤于寒,春必病温”为理论根据。病发即见内热较重,出现发热、口渴、心烦、溲赤等症状。治以清泄里热为主。一说“春日阳生,内蕴之热,原有萌动之机,而复薄受外感,与之相触,则陡然而发,表里俱热”(见《衷中参西录·治温病方》)。参见温病、春温、伏暑、温疟等条。
