The Three Gorges Hydropower Station shall fundamentally be run-flow generation in rich season,and its electricity generation shall be much reduced in dry season , So,there need to construct the peaking and compensating power sources for it.

Modeled are the effects of temperature on the threshold voltage,channel mobility,the body leakage current,and the drain/source sheet resistances as several compensating current elements.
