中国唐代中期的历法家。生卒年不详，曾任大中大夫职位，活动于唐德宗建中年间(公元780～783年)。曹士
创造《符天历》。这个历法以显庆五年（公元 660年）雨水为历元，不用上元积年；以万分为日法，它的回归年长度为[28-01]
