In order to conform to fine scale geometric details of interconnects without increasing the overall mesh size and without losing computational accuracy, graded mesh technique combined with perfectly electric conducting boundary in 2D FDTD algorithm is proposed in this paper.

In order to solve this drawback,a graded mesh technology in FDTD algorithm is proposed,which occupies less EMS memory space and computing time than the equal mesh technology.

Based on the incremental idea and the uniform grid, constrained Delaunay triangles can be computed in local ranges for arbitrary planar polygonal domains.

The analysis of the vector field data sets play an important role in image processing,for structured vector field data sets,now generally is sampled by the uniform grid,then is analyzed by the Clifford convolution.
