【来源】
为椴树科植物长钩刺蒴麻的根和叶。
【植物形态】
长钩刺蒴麻 落叶半灌木，高约1米。分枝有淡黄色星状毛。叶卵形、狭卵形或披针形，长8～16厘米，宽2～6厘米，先端短渐尖，基部圆形，下部叶有时3浅裂，边缘有不整齐的牙齿，基部常具3～5脉，两面均被星状柔毛；叶柄长1～5厘米，被长柔毛；托叶锥形，长约5～10毫米。聚伞花序，腋生；花黄色，长1厘米；花梗长约6～10毫米；萼片5，线形，长约7毫米，顶端具细尖，有疏星状毛；花瓣5，与萼片近等长，圆状匙形，基部被纤毛；雄蕊10。蒴果球形，直径约5毫米，密生刺，刺长6～10毫米，顶端钩状反曲，有平展的糙毛。种子8粒。花期7～9月。果期8～12月。 生于干燥阳坡灌木丛中或路旁及田坎上。分布台湾、广西、云南、四川、贵州等地。

春季采叶；秋冬采根。
【性味】
甘微辛，温。
【功用主治】
活血，行气，调经。治月经不调，腹中包块作痛，跌打损伤。
【用法与用量】
内服：煎汤，1～3钱。
