升主动脉瘤
aneurysm of ascending aorta
是升主动脉的一种良性病变。病因为动脉粥样硬化、创伤、感染、动脉中层坏死、梅毒、先天性畸形。症状有胸背痛,累及主动脉瓣时产生主动脉瓣关闭不全症状。靠二维超声心动图、胸部CT扫描及MR检查可确诊。治疗原则为手术切除、人工血管移植。当并发主动脉瓣关闭不全及冠状动脉狭窄时,应同时施行主动脉瓣置换或冠状动脉旁路手术。
