The uniform design and its analytical calculating program were applied practically in a multiple levels and factors test of golden leaching process, which a new, nontoxic and high Speed golden leaching agent was tested for the golden mine of Guanxi Rongshui, and get twice the result with half the effort.

The influence factors to uranium concentration and pumping volume to in-situ leaching of uranium are discussed,combined with field test the leaching technology of high pumping volume and low uranium concentration are firstly explored in China and the comments are proposed.
