Bringing the beauty of language out in college English teaching;

Oscar Wilde consciously regarded formalism as a guide in his writing practice,and wrote a series of works with strong formalist aesthetic features which presented in such aspects:to pursue the beauty of language,to produce the effect of unfamiliar feeling,to create the images of playboys,and to use the sophistical words.

This article holds that the beauty that a teacher reveals in classroom teaching at least includes four aspects, that is, the beauty of appearance that is natural and at ease, the beauty of language that is terse, fluent, accurate and vivid; the beauty of texture that is well organized, neither too tight nor too loose; the beauty of emotion that is straightforward, moving and truth-seekin

The aesthetic characteristics are represented by the scientific beauty of truth and original contents,formal beauty of the clear layout and linguistic beauty of concise explication.

In this essay,the author will talk about the cultivating students interest by the beauty of the language and try to make the students sense the beautiful rhythm and the balance of the structure and it s rich meaning in the hope of improving English education quality.
