By studying Hawking radiation of charged and uncharged particles, Starobinsky -Unruh radiation and gravitational potential energy of particles nearby event horizon of Einstein-Maxwell-Dilaton black plane, a positive, limited black plane temperature and a real coordinate energy of a particle in this gravitational field are shown.
