The Par region of pSC101 plasmid was inserted into pXZ70 plasmid carrying aspartase gene.
将pSC101质粒上的Par区域（控制质粒分配的基因座）克隆到含有天冬氨酸酶基因的质粒pXZ70上，构建成重组质粒pZZ1，将pZZ1质粒转化入大肠杆菌JM109细胞中，得到一株质粒可稳定遗传的重组子细胞，培养100代后，含质粒菌数仍在90％以上。

方法在H_2O_2诱导PC12细胞凋亡模型的基础上,采用MTT比色分析检测细胞存活率,RT-PCR检测前列腺凋亡响应基因Par-4(prostate apoptosis response-4,Par-4)和核转录因子-κB p65(nuclear factor-kappaB,NF-KB)mRNA表达,Westem blot检测Par-4和NF-κBp65蛋白表达。
