Coating experiments were carried out to analyze the effects of different coatings on the performances of CF paper.
以活性白土、水杨酸锌树脂及两者按一定比例复合作显色剂,制备了三种不同的无碳复写纸下纸(CF纸)涂料,并进行涂布实验,分析不同涂料对CF纸性能的影响;实验表明,以活性白土为显色剂制得的涂料显色速度快、生产成本低,但涂料流动性较差、涂布量高、CF纸显色密度低、图像耐光性较差;以水杨酸锌树脂为显色剂制得涂料流动性好、涂布量低、CF纸显色密度高、显色速度快、图像耐光性好,但生产成本高;两种显色剂按一定比例复合使用,制得的涂料达到了降低原料成本、改善涂料流动性和提高显色效果的目的。
