中介指标的“三性”原则
【中介指标的“三性”原则】货币政策中介指标如要有效地反映货币政策效果，须首先满足的三个条件:即可测性、可控性、与最终目标的相关性。所谓可测性，指的是中央银行选择的金融控制变量，必须具有明确而合理的内涵和外延，中央银行能迅速准确地收集有关数据资料，且便于进行定量分析。所谓可控性，是指中央银行通过各种货币政策工具的运用，能对该金融变量进行有效控制和调节，能准确地控制该变量的变动状况与变动趋势。所谓相关性，是指中介指标必须与中央银行最终目标密切相关性，中央银行通过对该指标的调节和控制，能促使货币政策最终目标的实现。上述“三性”的要求，中介指标缺一不可。
