多基因遗传

一些遗传性状和遗传性疾病主要都是由一对基因所控制，它们在亲代向子代的传递过程中，是受孟德尔遗传规律所制约的。但在生物体中，包括人类的有些性状或遗传性疾病的遗传基因不是一对基因，而是两对以上的多对基因，各对基因都是共显性的。这些基因对表型的影响较小，所以是微效基因，但它们有加性效应，即多个微效基因的效应相加起来可形成明显效应，所以，也称为加性基因或多基因。这种遗传方式称为多基因遗传。多基因遗传性状或疾病除受多基因的遗传影响外，还受环境因素的影响，因此，多基因遗传又称多因子遗传。
