非典型分支杆菌淋巴结炎


  又称"非结核性分支杆菌性淋巴结炎"。由于非典型分支杆菌的Ⅱ组瘰疬型属,Ⅲ组白娣属和较少的I组堪萨斯属所引起的颈淋巴结炎,最常累及颈淋巴结,亦可累及其他淋巴结。发病年龄多为乳幼儿,发病机理不明,颈淋巴结炎可继发于口、咽喉、牙齿、扁桃体等炎症之后。临床表现可见在一侧下颌或上颈部出现增大的硬结、无疼痛,破溃排脓后,可形成窦道。抗菌治疗效果不佳,多采用手术切除,并送实验室检查。在细菌培养报告之前,用异烟肼治疗可兼顾人型结核菌感染的可能。
