性质:一种发生在两个顺序极少的相同DNA分子间的重组。重组中的两个DNA分子并不对等交换DNA,通常是其中一个DNA分子整合到另一个分子中。包括保守性重组和复制性重组两类。入噬菌体的整合和切离是典型的保守性重组。转座子Tn3的转座过程中,发生两次重组,并伴随着DNA合成,因此是复制性重组。
