细胞形态单一,体积小、分化良好的肿瘤。核多不规则,有错位胞溢,类似颗粒密集型GH(生长激素)腺瘤。用免疫组织化学方法可测出细胞浆中含有GH及PRL(催乳素)。GH增高,有肢端肥大症状。PRL可轻度增高,仅部分患者有高催乳素血症症状,肿瘤生长缓慢。
