性质：也称一致的估计。是指当样本容量趋于无穷大时，样本的数字特征依概率收敛于相应总体的数字特征，即用容量较大的样本比容量较小的样本作出的估计值要更精确，随着样本容量的增大，估计值与待估参数接近的可能性就越大，估计值的这种特性称为估计的一致性。如算术平均值x，就是总体平均值μ的一致性估计值，样本方差s2就是总体方差σ2的一致性估计值。
