In this paper, for the non_iateger delay discrete systems in the first critial case, the stability is established by using frequency equivalence method set up by Liu Yonqing and Combining Rouch theorem.

The problem of stabilization of neutral type non-linear time-invarying discrete control systems with multi-group non-integer delays is studied this paper, by the frequency equivalence method and the comparison principles method.

Using a frequency equivalence method and a comparison principle of neutral type linear discrete large scale systems with non integral delays presented by Liu Yongqing, we obtain that the stabilization of linear constant discrete control systems with non delays implies the stabilization of neutral type linear time invariant discrete control large scale systems with non integral delays.
