性质:它是用来完全代替心脏工作的变速、变容量的小型泵,可分为脉动泵和离心泵两种。通过压缩空气的泵入、吸出,使血泵内囊收缩、舒张。制作血泵的材料与血液接触不引起凝血、不破坏红细胞、不改变血液中的蛋白质成分、不破坏血小板等;同时要求具有极好的耐挠曲性能。人工心脏运1年,血泵内囊就需搏动4000万次左右,所以对这种材料的要求是高的。目前常用的材料是嵌段聚氨酯、硅橡胶和聚氯乙烯等。
