| 电子资金汇兑系统 electronic funds transfer systems 利用电子计算机和数据通信技术，把资金从一个帐户转到另一个帐户，代替现金和支票支付的自动信息处理系统 。又称电子支付系统或电子银行。英文缩写EFTS。在这种系统中银行的大型计算机系统称为主机处理中心（ HPC ），管理与它连接的系统终端，如银行的自动出纳机（ ATM ）和超级市场的电子销售点（ POS ）等。电子资金汇兑系统最常用的服务方式有以下 4种：① 各银行之间通过计算机网进行资金转移。②银行与其他机关或厂商之间通过计算机网进行资金转移。③联机银行服务系统，用户持信用卡在自动出纳机上存取现金。④在超级市场设电子销售点，用户持信用卡付款，通过计算机网自动转移到商店的帐户上。电子资金汇兑系统还可以用于银行与银行之间大笔资金转移和传递国际金融业务信息。 |
