性质:淡黄色结晶。熔点210~212℃。在水中的溶解度为0.001g/L,可溶于乙酸乙酯、甲醇、丙酮等有机溶剂。大鼠急性经口LD50>1500mg/kg,对兔皮肤和眼睛无不良刺激,鲤鱼TLm>20mg/L(48h)。制剂有6%颗粒剂。植物生长调节剂。可以异烟酸和2-氨基-5-氯二苯甲酮,或以异烟酸与2-氨基-5-氨二苯甲醇为原料制得。抑制水稻植株赤霉素的合成,对水稻有很强的选择性抗倒伏作用。应用本品后,每穗谷粒数减少,但谷粒成熟率提高,使实际产量增加。用量1.2~2.4kg/ha。
