Regarded the laser face-lamp-house fixed on the ground as measuring benchmark,by use of howitzer departure angle detection method based on dual-CCD technology,position variation of laser spots in high precision CCD sensor was measured,and the line distance of howitzer barrel on level surface was obtained.
将激光面光源铅垂地固定在地面上发射出的光线作为测量基准,基于双CCD技术的火炮偏离角测量方法通过测量激光光斑在高精度CCD传感器上的位置变化,得到火炮身管在水平面的直线位移量,结合倾角传感器测得的火炮身管高低角的变化,通过三角形相似原理得到火炮身管偏离角的解算公式,并利用微分关系进行精度分析,确定测量方案中主要器件的参数指标,并介绍了实际偏离角测量的步骤,最后与圆光栅传感器进行了角度测量的对比,验证了该方案可以实现高精度的偏离角测量。
