Methods To investigate the local irritation of the multifunctional dressing by skin,subcutaneous and eye application,determine its sensitization by patch test and observe its systemic acute toxicity by abdominal injection.
方法采用皮肤刺激、皮内刺激、眼刺激法考察其刺激作用;利用皮肤斑贴试验观察其致敏作用;采用腹腔注射法观察其全身急性毒性作用。

针刺机理研究专著。西安医学院针麻理论研究组编集。此书按血液、循环、呼吸、消化、泌尿、防卫免疫、内分泌、神经等人体生理功能系统，分述针刺时引起的各种变化，显示针刺对机体调整作用具有良性双向之性质；针刺穴位有其作用之特异性，亦有其普遍性；而针刺作用除穴位外，与针感、手法等因素有关；针刺作用之途径虽未完全清楚，但一般认为是通过神经或神经-体液途径实现的。末附各国经络穴位名称对照表。现有该研究组1973年排印本。
