英文名:Branched Chain Amino Acid 3H Injection

别名:支链氨基酸3H注射液,肝脑清,复方氨基酸(3H)
药理作用及用途: 能增加血清支链氨基酸水平,促进芳香族氨基酸减少。用于肝性脑病。
适应症: 用于急性、亚急性、慢性重症肝炎以及肝硬变、慢性活动性肝炎等;各种原因引起的肝性脑病(肝昏迷);肝胆外科手术前、后病人。
用法及用量: 常用静滴,每日250~500ml,或用5%~10%葡萄糖注射液适量混合后,缓慢静滴,每分钟不超过40滴。昏迷期可加输250ml,8~12小时给药一次。 疗程根据病情而定或遵医嘱。
不良反应: 输注过快易产生心率加快、胃肠道反应、发热等。
注意事项:1.使用前应检查药液,如有浑浊、包装破裂等切勿使用。输注后的剩余药液切勿保存再用。 2.高度食管静脉曲张时,要注意输注速度和用量,以免静脉压增高而破裂。 3.高度腹水、胸水时,应注意水的平衡,避免输入量过多。 4.输注过快时,可引起恶心、呕吐不良反应,故输注速度宜慢。 5.遇冷易析出结晶,可微温溶解后再使用。6. 严重肾功能不全者、氨基酸代谢障碍者禁忌。
