Using the ultraviolet method of pyrogallol autooxidation and Jing′s method, this paper determines Chlamys (Mimachlamys) Nabilis for the activities of surperoxide dismutase ( SOD) and glutamate pyruvate transaminase(GPT) in liver and kidney tissue and their content of protein.
采用邻苯三酚自氧化紫外法和赖氏法测定了大亚湾核电站运转一年后附近地区华贵栉孔扇贝(Chlamys(Mimachlamys)Nabilis)的肝、肾组织中超氧化物岐化酶(SuperoxidedismutaseSODEC11511)与谷丙转氨酶(GlutamatepyruvatetransaminaseGPTEC2612)活性与肝肾组织蛋白含量,并与广东汕尾地区的同种贝类进行了比较,发现大亚湾附近地区扇贝肝组织SOD活性高于汕尾地区(P<005)而肾组织蛋白含量则低于后者(P<005),其他测定结果则未见两地区有显著性差
