Objective: To provide theoretical basis of biomechanical properties for the clinical application of human umbilical cord vein.
结论:人脐带静脉是动脉移植物的良好替代材料,在移植时除了考虑脐带静脉与宿主动脉相匹配外,还应注意其顺应性与胎龄的关系,建议选用胎龄在37～40周之间的脐带静脉作为临床应用的移植材料。

经皮经颈静脉肝内门体静脉内支架分流术
介入放射学技术。也称经皮经颈静脉肝内门体静脉分流术(TIPS)，1969年最初由Rosch等首先报道。经颈静脉送入导丝，于门-腔静脉间经肝实质建立通道，并放入支架以形成永久性分流径路的治疗方式，以降低门脉压力，治疗顽固性的食管胃底静脉曲张出血及顽固性的腹水。该技术除常规导丝、导管、球囊扩张导管等外，需向建立的分流通道内置入支架，常用的有Z-型支架、Wallstent支架、Strecker支架等。
