一、一‘叭、raPld wavo sle亡P)亦称“反常睡眠”、“快速眼动睡H砂,“~~的睡眠”,指进入深度睡眠的一种脑电波特征。现代电生理学的研究表明,当人和动物在经历了轻度睡眠的1一4个阶段之后,在皮层和皮层下结构可记录到类似清醒状态时的快速脑电波,但睡者并未醒来,故心理学家时常将这种奇怪的反常状态称之为反常睡眠。原先在轻度睡眠时在海马水平上出现的十分有规则的6波以及颈部肌电活动完全消失,故又称之为去同步睡眠。此时睡者伴有突然的快速眼动(每次发作有8一30次运动),眼睛或左右运动或上下运动,如同在看运动着的物体一样,故又有人称之为快速眼动睡眠。与眼动同时发生的,还有身体许多其他部分的情况:肢体末梢肌肉的小颤动、快速屈趾,有时有小的爬抓动作,耳、胡须和舌的极快运动,以及短暂的快而不规则的呼吸。 (吴庆麟撰杨立能审)
