| 冬泳 winter swimming 冬天在室外进行的游泳，冷水锻炼的最高阶段。这是一种增进健康、锻炼意志和考验毅力的运动。一般冬泳爱好者应在夏泳的基础上逐渐过渡。慢性病患者参加冬泳应经过医生同意 。初练冬泳时 ，每次时间要短，刚下水时感到发冷，随后皮肤红，觉得温暖、舒适，这时应即出水，不能等到身体寒战、手脚发麻时上岸。上岸后应用干毛巾擦干身体，直到身体发红为止，此时如较快地感到暖和、轻松，说明锻炼适度。如长时间暖和不了，是过量的表现。冬泳在中国开展得十分广泛。
