红细胞寿命测定


是诊断溶血的可靠指标。目前常用的有"51Cr、32P-DFP或3H-DFP (二异丙基氟磷酸)标记红细胞法。51Cr每天能从红细胞中逸出15%,它仅代表红细胞寿命的指数,更为敏感的是32P-DFP标记法,这两种方法能检出轻微的红细胞寿命缩短。其优点是灵敏度高、估计溶血的程度,采用体外标记的红细胞分别输入患者本身或志愿者身上,能检出红细胞溶血是由于胞内缺陷、胞外缺陷、或胞内胞外均有缺损所致。由于测定方法复杂,故不作为常规检查。
