通过对东南隆起区梨树断陷源岩演化史、油源对比的研究,认为深凹带源岩具有2期生烃作用,第一期生烃对现今油气藏没有贡献;第二期生成高成熟天然气为主,在深凹带的储层内成藏;而斜坡带源岩为一期生烃作用,生烃时期晚于深凹带源岩的第二期,以原油为主,主要聚集在斜坡带的储层内。

补充资料:海林梨树瀑布
海林梨树瀑布位于柴河镇境内头道河子支流梨树沟,是一瀑布群落,俗称吊水湖。由于此处山谷又深又窄,宽度10米,在上下200多米长的峡谷中,有10多处形态各异的瀑布景观,有的最高落差达9米多,有的则化为三级跌水,有的在飞瀑水帘后面还有“水帘洞”。由海林镇和柴河镇都有公路和乡路通达,过梨树村之后为山路。当年杨子荣为追歼残匪的英雄故事在群众中流传。周围山峦森林浓密。
