本研究以供试的五个捕食性菌株Dactylellina cionopaga、Dactylellina tibetensis、Dactylellina haptotyla、Drechslerella stenobrocha和Arthrobotrys oligospore ,一个内寄生真菌Hirsutella rhossiliensis为研究对象,在培养纯化得到四个不同龄期的秀丽隐杆线虫幼虫后,研究了不同龄期秀丽隐杆线虫幼虫对不同菌株的不同捕食器官的诱导能力,不同龄期秀丽隐杆线虫幼虫对同一菌株的捕食器官的诱导作用,并测定了供试菌株对不同龄期秀丽隐杆线虫的捕食/寄生率,研究了各个菌株的侵染过程,分析了菌株诱导器官产生,捕食/寄生能力与线虫龄期的关系。
