上皮细胞变异
女性生殖道各器官的疾病，主要表现在上皮细胞多种多样异常变化，简称变异。不同变异上皮，可出现在不同的炎症性疾病、增生性疾病及癌瘤中。常见的变异上皮细胞有：变性、坏死、核异质细胞，变形细胞，鳞状上皮化生细胞，储备细胞，异常角化细胞，癌细胞等。此类细胞又可分为鳞状细胞和腺细胞变异。前者包括意义不定的非典型鳞状细胞，鳞状上皮内病变及鳞状细胞癌。后者变异包括月经期外和绝经期出现的腺细胞，意义不定的非典型腺细胞和腺癌，以及其他上皮性恶性肿瘤。
