Up to now,29 species of amphibians(8 species)and reptiles(21 species)have been found in Yuntai Mountain Region of Jiangsu Province,of which 10 species belong to the Palaearctic Realm elements (34 5% of total),7 species belong to the Oriental Realm elements (24 1% of total),and 12 species belong to the cosmopolitan species(41 4% of total).
云台山地区有 2 9种两栖动物 (8种 )和爬行动物 (2 1种 ) ,其中古北界种有 10种 ,占 34 5 % ;东洋界种有 7种 ,占 2 4 1% ;广布种有 12种 ,占 41 4%。

Based on the identification of about 1 000 specimens of butterflies collected in Yuntai low mountain,the diversity and fauna of butterflies of Yuntai low mountain are concluded: 76 species of butterflies are classified in 7 families and 54 genus.

安化云台山种(Anhua Yuntaishan)
茶树有性群体品种之一。原产湖南省安化县云台山，现分布在湘中、湘东、湘北等主要茶区。
属灌木型，中叶类，一般叶长8-10cm，叶宽3-4.5cm，叶片有长椭圆、椭圆或卵圆等多种形状，其中椭圆居多，叶脉8对左右，大多数叶片平展，叶肉肥厚，叶面隆起，叶质较柔软，色绿富光泽。其中有部分大叶类型，以原产地云台山居多，因此也有云台山大叶种之称。种群中芽叶多呈绿、黄绿色，茸毛较多。属中生种。花萼5片，花瓣6-11个，平均7.8个，花丝161-219枚，柱头3-4裂，子房有毛，每一茶果种子多为2-3粒，花果多。适应性广，抗逆性强。鲜叶制红茶，汤色红亮，香气、滋味浓厚；在山区生态条件下，制绿茶品质亦佳也是良好的黑茶原料。
