俗称新洞 继仙姑洞、观音洞之后开辟得名。清光绪九年（1883）称“功德堂”。守东青石构筑，光绪二十六年称为圣峰洞，1918年称圣峰寺。洞深7米，分上下两层，下层高3米，上层高2米，洞中存“龙古”，洞门朝东，可望东海日出。夏凉冬暖，周围又有不少景观。
