| 永久性载人太空站计划 permanently manned space station project 20世纪80年代初美国航天局研制成功航天飞机以后，开始永久性载人太空站的概念研究。1984年美国政府批准永久性载人太空站计划。这个计划已发展成美国、欧空局、日本和加拿大参加的国际合作计划。国际永久性太空站建成以后，可以进行太空材料生产，太空维修、装配、对地观测和天文观察，以及在太空发射卫星等。国际永久性载人太空站采用桁架结构。太空站的大部件由美国航天飞机多次发射入轨，然后由航天员在轨道上组装完成。整个工程计划分两期完成。第一期工程的基本构架是一条长达150米的桁架 ，重要舱段有美国的居住舱、实验舱、资源过渡舱、乘员气闸舱，欧空局的压力舱，日本的实验舱和加拿大的移动机械臂等。第一期工程计划在90年代中期完成，已命名为自由号太空站。其总重约200吨，可容纳8名航天员，总电力75千瓦，微重力等级达10-5克。 |
