The essential oil from the aerial parts of Rabdosia macrocalyx was extracted by hydrodistillation method.

原料配方 咸芥头100千克 酱油40千克 味精400克 糖精20克
制作方法
1.将咸芥头去皮，两面纵横切刀，不要切断。
2.将切好的菜沏水，然后榨去30%的水分，倒入缸内。
3.将酱油、味精混合均匀，倒入缸内泡制，每天翻动一次，15天即成。
产品特点 色红紫，味香甜鲜。
