企业创新机制:企业对科学技术的吸纳和创新机制。是企业经营机制的一项主要内容。市场竞争从根本上说是科学技术的竞争。企业竞争制胜的法宝在于科技创新。科技创新来源于创新意识和创新行为，持续强劲的科技创新需要用制度创新和组织创新来保障，而这一切创新的源泉在于思维创新。因此.市场经济需要企业所具备的创新机制应该包括思维创新、组织创新、制度创新和科技创新。实现科技创新是企业走向市场，占领市场以至扩展市场的根本手段。企业科技创新机制包括企业技术进步的形式、动力和促进企业技术进步的措施等方面。企业技术进步有两种形式:一是渐进式的，不改变原有技术的科学原理，使技术更加完善和得到广泛应用;二是跃进式的.改变原有技术的基本原理.以全新技术取代旧技术.反映技术发展的阶段性。企业技术进步的动力包括来自外部的市场竞争压力和国家技术政策的引导力，以及来自内部的利益驱动力。企业科技创新的结果，最终要体现在所生产的产品上，实现产品创新。
