补充资料：龙舌兰橘味格兰尼塔冰糕
极细白砂糖115克，水200毫升，橘子（洗净）6个，龙舌兰酒90毫升，橘子或酸橙楔形块（用于装饰）。6人份。
制作：
1、将糖和水放入锅中。用蔬菜削皮器轻轻地将三只橘子削皮，并将橘皮直接放入锅中。文火加热，搅拌至糖完全溶解。煮沸后将糖浆倒入耐热碗中，冷却后冷藏。
2、将糖浆过滤入浅塑料桶或烤盘中，大小要与冷冻器相适合，将所有的橘子榨汁，并将果汁过滤到糖浆中，然后加入龙舌兰酒搅拌。检查混合液深度，不要超过2、5厘米，如果必要，可以更换较大的容器。
3、加盖冷冻2小时，直到混合液边缘开始呈泥状。用叉子捣碎后重新放入冷冻器中。
4、再冷冻2小时，每隔30分钟用叉子捣碎一次，直到格兰尼塔冰糕形成均匀浓稠的泥状。
5、盛入盘中，用橘子或酸橙块配餐。
