性质:又称等吸收点或等吸光点。按不同比例配制两种组分混合溶液时,可得数个试样。当以分光光度计在同一吸光度(A)对波长(λ)的坐标系中,分别绘制其吸收曲线,可得到一系列重叠的吸收光谱曲线。如其中出现某一点或数点,在这些点上所有曲线均重合(即吸光度相等),则这两种物质在所有浓度比率情况下,在其等吸光度点上的吸收值都是恒定的。如在测定某种能在溶液中形成缔合体的染料的吸收曲线时,若各浓度染液的吸收曲线都通过某一共同点,则此点就叫等吸光点。该吸光点应是一个较狭小的区间,而不是简单的一个点,说明染料溶液是一个较复杂的缔合体系统。
