In the thesis Liping county in south east of Guizhou province is as example that is analysed the state and the reason of county finance serving county economic –lacking of finance,and provides some advices to do with it.

In recent years,county finance has gained comparatively slow development in the period of a new rapid economy growth cycle,which has become a weak group in China s finance development.
