形态特征子实体平铺生基物上，近似方形，一年生，直径大者可达100cm，厚1-3mm，鲜黄色，管口色浓，老时呈淡黄色。易与基物上剥离，而剥离部分粉末状。边缘初期白色，毛状至蛛网状，宽1-2mm，初期无子实层。基层薄，厚0.5mm以内，色淡。菌管鲜黄色。菌口圆形至类圆形，蛋黄色，每毫米5-7个。无囊体。担子棒状，具2小梗或4小梗，一般短粗，15-19μm×4-6.5μm。生于针树倒木及原木上。

分布地区吉林
经济用途属木腐菌，引起木材褐色腐朽。另外，产生抗生素，对小白鼠肉瘤180有抑制作用。
