To estimate sinusoidal signal’s frequency,amplitude and original phase precisely under noisy circum-stances,a novel time-shift phase difference correcting spectrum method based on all-phase FFT spectral analysis was proposed.

Based on analyzing the fault characteristics of the asynchronous motors and using symmetrical components method an algorithm of time difference and shifting phasor is adopted to detect intelligently the current amplitude of positive,negative and zero sequence currents.
