NCEP reanalysis data are used in this paper to diagnose the movement direction of typhoon that landfall on the east China or off-ocean in recent years, and the temperature information is used to analyze the relationship between the abnormal temperature increase around the typhoon center and the movement direction of the typhoon in future.

The interannual and interdecadal variations of summer temperature anomaly are studied by means of harmonic analysis, REOF based on 6-8 temperature data of 91 stations in Northeast China(NESPA) for 44 years.
