Combining the constructing progress of a well-off society and the practice in the urban community sports development, this paper expounds that college sports resources play a important role in promoting community sports, extending to the community sports, completing community functions and spurring a nationwide body-building.

This text and compares with the analytic approach to summing up briefly on the concept,definition and content included of university sports resource of university sports resources through the law of documents and materials mainly,hope to comb through putting the relevant theory in order,offer certain theory for thesis writing for the future and consult the basis.

On the basis of resource deployment theory,this paper interpret the meanings of sports resources of universities and their social sharing,analysis the significance of the social sharing of university sports resources in China.

Take college sports information as subject to study and investigate the development of the college sports information in the five indicators,the results show that there exist demerits in basic infrastructure,information resources,information quality of staff,information-based operational mechanism,application of information technology.

In this paper,the necessity of building the system and the ways of its getting in line with international sports information technology and the share of sports information resources are discussed.
