中国私营电影机构。1935年 5月由阎锡山出资在太原创办。以拍摄新闻片、教育短片为主。完成第一部故事片《千秋万岁》后，上海一部分电影戏剧工作者宋一舟（宋之的）、田方、蓝马、王斌、王苹等参加该公司，拍摄反映山西煤矿工人斗争生活的影片《无限生涯》。1936年4月,因公司经济拮据而停止工作，同年11月又恢复工作,曾组织战地摄影队赴绥远前线拍摄新闻素材,剪辑成新闻纪录片《绥蒙前线》。抗战爆发后，随着太原的失守,1938年将制片厂经西安迁到成都,邀请沈浮、瞿白音、贺孟斧、杨霁明、陈晨、程默等编导、摄影师以充实公司的艺术、技术部门；1939年完成反映晋东南抗日根据地军民抗日斗争的长纪录片《华北是我们的》，次年又拍摄了表现西北人民英雄抗敌的故事影片《风雪太行山》和《老百姓万岁》，《老百姓万岁》拍摄完成全部80％时，该公司被阎锡山下令停办。
