约瑟夫森(1940~ ) Josephson,Brian David 英国物理学家 。1940年1月4日生于英国威尔士的加迪夫。1960年在剑桥大学获学士学位,1964年获硕士博士学位。1962~1969年任剑桥大学三一学院初级研究员。1965~1966年在美国伊利诺伊大学任研究助理教授。1967~1972年任剑桥大学研究部副主任。 1962年,约瑟夫森计算了超导结的隧道效应并得出结论:如果两个超导体距离足够近,电子对可以通过超导体之间的极薄绝缘层形成超导电流 ,而超导结上并不出现电压;如果超导结上加有电压,可产生高频超导电流。约瑟夫森由于预言隧道超导电流而获得1973年度诺贝尔物理学奖。1969年获英国新科学家称号和美国研究有限公司奖励。曾获F.伦敦奖、范德波奖章、克雷森奖章、休斯奖章、霍尔维克奖章。 |
