In this paper the physical and mathematical models for the plane atomized jet are suggested considering the variation of flow quantities in different regions.

Through model tests, the pressure strength behaviors of jet flow energy dissipation basin by aerated flow splitting piers are studied thereby obtaining the varying relations between the time averaged pressure and fluctuating pressure along the energy dissipation basin as well as the sharply weakening laws of pressure strength coefficients with an increase in inundation degrees.
